Description:

I have for sale a 1989 RT4wd Civic Wagon. I bought this car around September last year from a guy in West Virginia, he preformed the swap, and I finished all the wiring and have been DD this car for the last 7 to 8 months until I recently purchased a e30 BMW.The body has 270k on it, while the PO said the engine only has 60k, I pulled the valve cover off recently to replace the VC gasket, very minimal oil build up, looked fresh. This car has the 6-speed RT4wd transmission, which means it has Super Low gear then 1st threw 5th, meant for more torque when taking off.The reason why I am selling this wagon is because I no longer need it since I bought the e30. This wagon is a blast to drive and gets looks (good or bad) everywhere I drive it. I have auto crossed this car 3 to 4 times and it handles really well and has never had a problem with the aggressive driving. Really looking to sell this car out right since I already have another car. This means NO TRADES. This wagon is modified and in pretty decent running shape, does need a few minor things and has its flaws since this car is over 21 years old. On to the list of parts:

-Engine:
  • DOHC ZC swap, I would guess mileage is now around 70k (D16A8 from a Rover in Europe, exactly the same as any other ZC though)
  • Iceman Intake
  • Newer Clutch (PO said he did this with the engine swap, no slipping at all but can't be 100% sure since I didn't do it)
  • ETD Racing Slim Aluminum Radiator w/ slim fan
  • Innovative Motor Mounts (Drivers and Rear transmission mount) also has a Silicone filled transmission mount
  • New Axles up front
  • New Rear Muffler
  • I have replaced a bunch of other parts that looked worn out to me (Spark Plug wires, Spark plugs, VC gasket, Fuel Filter, Clutch Cable, and rebuilt Distributor (rotor, and ignition Control module))

-Suspension/Brakes
  • Function and Form Type 1 coilovers
  • Upgraded the front brakes to the bigger 10.3" (DA front Hubs, New Lower Ball Joints, New Outer Tie Rods, New Rotors, Newer Calipers (from my 00 Ex Civic), Hawk HPS Pads, Goodridge SS lines)
  • Ebay Front UCAs (installed Energy Suspension Ball joint inserts into the UCA ball joints)
  • Innovative Traction Bars (Front Mount was replaced with Innovative mount aswell)
  • DA Front Sway bar (went from the 19mm solid to the 23mm hollow bar)
  • CRX Si Steering Rack since the ZC engine swap didn't have a PS pump.
  • Completely rebuilt Rear Drums ( I mean everything; from the pads to the springs; were replaced with BNIB parts)
  • Upgraded to bigger 15/16 Master Cylinder
  • 88-91 ST rear sway bar (had to slim down the rear differential mount to get the sway bar to fit, I also filled it with 85a Polyurethane while it was out)
  • Blox RLCAs
  • SPC Rear Camber arms
  • Wicked Tuning Rear Toe arms
  • PasswordJDM 3 point front strut bar

-Interior
  • CRX Si Seats w/ OEM bolster rip seats dont move because the are installed with custom rails (I have the stock seats and rails that will be included also)
  • Momo Steering wheel w/ Momo Steering wheel Hub
  • Kenwood Head unit w/ IPod hookup
  • New Aftermaket door speakers (not sure of brand because I am not a stereo guy, I just know they put out sound)
  • Fuse box moved from engine bay to Passenger floor board

-Exterior
  • XXR 521 Wheels 16x8 +20 w/ 195/40/16 Yokohama S-Drive tires (will need new rear tires sooner then later)
  • Rare OEM RT4wd Mudflaps
  • Retrofitted VW Lip (when I say retrofitted I mean ziptied)
  • Replaced dented hood with a newer black primer hood.

-Spare Parts
  • Door Panels
  • Old Seats w/ under passenger seat storage tray
  • Tail Lights w/ harness
  • Great Condition Stock Steering wheel
  • Stock Rear View mirror and sun visors
  • Stock motor mounts w/ stock subframe
  • Another set of new tie rods I found in the back of the car
  • Driver side window Regulator that commonly goes bad
  • Along with a box of other Misc pieces

Now onto what is wrong with the car or what it needs:
  • IACV, has the oscillating idle, I have checked for Vacuum leaks and there were none.
  • Grind going into 2nd, have not tried putting Redline or Synchro mesh in it yet, might fix the problem
  • Rust on rear wheel arches
  • Passenger side rear door doesn't open from outside, have yet to look at this
  • Rear hatch shuts crooked, PO shut it with a screw driver in the hinges, I finally found some new hinges
  • Car does not have A/C

I know I am forgetting stuff, I will update this as times goes on. Test Drives are welcomed but only with cash, and under the stipulation that you break it you buy it. Feel free to ask me any questions you have about the car I will be completely honest.

Pictures: Don't have any newer pictures yet due to the rain, only 3 things are different on the car now though, new exhaust installed that sits correctly, has a new black hood, and the side trim piece that was missing has been replaced. Now to the pictures:

I didn't see them in the spare parts but do you have the stock wheels and rear view mirror?

Also, does it have A/C?

See knew I forgot something. I do not have the stock wheels, car didn't come with them. I do have the stock mirror and sun visors. And the car does not have A/C.
