Headlight color laws?

Yes... HID's are illegal period. Does not matter what size or color they are. They will not pass inspection. You can get the Sylvania blue lights though. They are completely legal. They are the only lights that are. When in doubt... ask an off duty cop.

please tell me taht they arent actually colored bulbs??....if they arent, you can argue taht its the light temperature, bring pics, facts...blah blah blah....i'm pretty sure they'd still have no idea WTF your talking about, but it'd be worth it if it got dropped

Odd, mine passed inspection. It could be because they look like an OEM color, and my headlights are projector housings, so it has a nearly perfect cut-off line.

Well they are 8K and havent had an issue for over a year and thats how long ive had them.... If HIDs are illegal then what do you tell the dealer when you buy an S2K, BMW, TL, Infiniti, etc.... right now as of the moment they are a big glare because it does not have a projector and am in the process of doing my FX35 projector retrofit...just waiting on the new headlights from Honda. But thanks to those for your input.

If they don't have projectors in them I'm gonna assume you're car didn't come with HIDs. So they are illegal and make you a faggot for blinding everyone.
