A.) Where are you located?
B.) Don't install the same pulley. In the video, the guy removed a dampner and replaced it with a solid pulley that will allow harmonics.

Pull the ebrake, stick the car in 5th gear and rip that bastard off w/ a 24" breaker bar...
Make sure the bolt isn't reverse threaded...

I used to wear nothing but steel toes all the time till I got that horrible stone bruise last mowing season... Shit lasted for atleast 6 months... I still feel like that fucker comes back, bastard...
