Can you reverse + put a board down + turn wheels all the way left or right the second you get on the board, and get up that way? That's worked for me before.

me too, i can fit a quarter laying down underneath my front crossmember and thats it, and i live on Princess Anne, people get PISSED when they're behind me

Idk how much that picture will help, but just to get my car on the ramps we have at home, we had to build wooden ramps. Might trigger an idea or something.
My car is pretty low, too. If i run over a gatorade bottle or mcdonalds cup it gets stuck under my exhaust.

Ever try just backing up the driveway at an angle? The rear bumper has a much shorter distance to the tires so it would probably work.
