That guy lives in the apartments just around the corner from where I work (Digital Sign Lab in Mechanicsville). He came in looking for more vinyl to put on his car, but I talked him out of it. Looks like he went elsewhere and got more skulls and a wing put on since then.
Hes got RPM graphics stickers on the car. I'm guessing they are the ones doing this horrid nastyness to it. The guy himself seems to not be all there. Hes an older guy and he thinks that people like his car and ask him to be in parades.

Yeah, he pulled into my store and asked me to replace the blue and yellow electrical tape with red and silver metalic vinyl. I quoted him some rediculious prices (mostly because the 3M reflective carbonweave vinyl he wanted is like $60 a sq foot) Honestly, I'd love to go over to his car and tear all that stuff off, then put something on there that looks good, or atleast doesn't blind everyone who sees it.
