Default Hondata Tunning

I was wondering if there are any shops in va locally that have hondata and can tune my 07 si so i dont have to send my ecu to hondata and have my car down??

If you send your ECU to Hondata, they can't tune it for you. They would need your car.

lol howd i miss this. Didn't you make this thread on 8thcivic?


You HAVE to send your ECU into hondata to have them reflash it. You can pay the extra money to have it next day or whatever, but no shop can actually put the reflash on it at their shop. It has to be sent to hondata.

There is only a reflash for the new Si's, so it has to be sent in.

exactly he doesn't know what he is talking about. The only way to actually tune as you would with k-pro is to run a dual ecu setup which hondata doesn't do so i'm guessing that isn't what he is talking about lol. ( doesn't do for our car only s2k and tsx so far.)

He made basically the same thread on 8thcivic and got the same response as i told him. You HAVE to send the ecu in.
