My hood is carbon fiber and I painted it

Mr Spoiler in Manassas does the best job he is a tad bit pricer but he is worth it.

Thats quite the hood spacing. I saw a yellow 350 just like yours today w/ the same issue. Is that a common flaw of that kit?

I've had the car for quite a while now no one has ever said anything about the hood clearance.

i think hes talking about the gap inbetween the bumper and the hood. not necessarliy the clearance

I agree Mr.Spoiler is a great place but a little on the high side for price. But then again you get what you pay for so if you want it to be done right then I would definitely go there
