Anyone know how to work on a Ford 5.4 3v V8? Doing an overhaul and need help.
Hello all,
I have a '06 5.4 Ford 3v V8 that i'm replacing the timing chain tensioners on. I've done most of the hard work, (removing water pump, ps pump, alternator, etc) I just don't feel comfortable moving the engine to TDC and then locking the cams in place to replace the tensioners.
If you or anyone you know knows how to work on this baby please shoot me an email or a call.
