2002 Volvo S40 1.9T

2002 Volvo S40 with 117,594 miles (this will change as I do drive it) 1.9 liter turbo, auto transmission. Has (fully working) heated seats, sunroof, power w/l/m/driver seat, air blows cold and heat works properly as well.
The car is great as a daily driver, over 35 mpg on the highway, and about 26 in town, well maintained since I've owned it. Has inspection good through August of 2017.
Car has a new battery and new headlight bulbs along with routine maintenance done in the past couple of months (oil change, brake flush)
There are only 2 things that the car needs - one is the passenger quarter panel appears to have been wet sanded to buff out scratches but they went past the clear coat and it needs to be repainted (I have gotten 3 quotes between $120-$200 to paint)
The other is that it will need the passenger side motor mount replaced eventually, it just started making a bit of a rattle going over bumpy roads (very common issue in these cars) if you take it to a shop it will run about $250 if you DIY its around $100 for the part.
The drivers seat is ripped and the headliner has come loose in the back (shown in picture) the hood has 2 small dents by the grille (shown in picture) from previous owner

Super motivated now! Just picked up a gs300 and a 240sx so I need this gone. first reasonable offer will take it - someone has to need a grocery getter!
