Description: Mitsubishi Evo 9 MR with 42k miles. Very Clean, LIGHTLY modded but nothing that cannot be reversed to stock. The title is CLEAN but the idiots at the MVA made a mistake on mileage and cannot get corrected. I have documents and paperwork verifying the mileage. If you don't believe me, then keep scrolling. This is probably one of the cleanest EVOS around and I will not let it go without a good buyer or the right price.

can you explain what lightly modded is ? whats on the car dude ???
as for the mileage issue, so the mileage on the title is a lot highter then what you claim the vehicle has ? and this cannot get corrected ? can you explain ?

Once a vehicle has a branded title it cannot be fixed. The mileage was reported wrong and now he's fucked.
You have two viable options. Either you pay what he's asking and gamble, or you move along.
I'm not calling him a liar, But I'd have taken legal action against a company if they had destroyed the value of my vehicle.
OP it really sucks that you're in this situation but you'll never get what you're asking for this car. You might as well keep it. A title issue kills these things.
