I hate to do this but I have to sell my 2003 Suzuka Blue Honda S2000. I purchased this car over Memorial Day weekend back in 2012 as daily driver, and it has served me pretty well. Overall, it’s been a fun car and I will hate to see it go. I have never abused it nor has it seen the track. Below is a log of the car’s history.
Maintenance
-Oil changes approximately every 5k (always used Mobile One or Castrol Edge with a K&N Oil Filter)
-Transmission and differential was flushed at the beginning of the summer (Used Honda MTF and Motul Gear Fluid)
-Spark plugs were change around 105k
-New Denso coils where installed less >1k ago
Modification
Exterior
-OEM Ap1 Lip (These are pretty rare now days.)
-OEM JDM Headlights (Clear sets are around $1000)
-JDM Side Markers
-AP1v1 Tail lights (No Chrome Rings)
-OEM UKDM Rear Fog light, Not Currently Wired Up (This mod is relatively rare in the US)
-Spoon Side Mirror Glass
Interior
-Redline Shift Boot (Blue and Grey Leather)
-Weighted Shift Knob
-Spoon Rear View Mirror
-OEM Rear Cargo Net
Motor
-Maxbore OEM Throttle body (Tapers from 70mm to 65mm)
-Painted Valve Cover (Blue)
-Stainless Steel Clutch Line (installed by a previous owner)
-Spoon Drain Plugs (Engine and Transmission)
Brake/Suspension
-Espelir Springs (lowers the car 20mm (>1in) in the front and 30mm (~1in) in the rear)
-Slotted rotors (front and rear) with OEM Honda AP1 brake pads
-ATE Super Blue Brake Fluid (will include two extra cans)
-Russell Stainless Steel Brake lines (installed by a previous owner)
Good
-The car runs great and does not need anything
-The fenders and quarter panels are not rolled and/or modified in anyway
-All of the current modifications are tasteful and the car can be returned 100% back to OEM if wanted.
-I have records of every purchase for the car since I purchased it.
Bad
-The front bumper and lip could use a repainting from daily usage.
-The rear bumper has a few scratches.
-The trunk has few marks on it.
-The clear coating is coming off of the front passenger side wheel
-Normal wear on seats
-Wear on the driver side floor mat
Overall this is a good car that I would trust on cross country trip, and I'm sure the future owner will love it.
