images not re-scaling in firefox 45

Default images not re-scaling in firefox 45
in firefox on my laptop running ubuntu, big images aren't being rescaled, turning the site into a big side-scrolling mess.

I also checked ff45 on a windows 10 virtual machine and it does the same thing. seems to be fine in Chrome.
