need help with owning a motorcycle ???
i'm getting ready to buy a used bike....97 gsx 600.....
i am getting a personal loan on it.....
know of any insurance companies that won't rape me ???
and how do I get the insuranc to be low ???

if you are getting a personal loan, there is no need for full coverage unless you told your lendor you were buying a motorcycle!

what slozuki said.....It's a good idea to have full coverage obviously but it's not required if it's just a personal loan.

Its also depends on how much the motorcycle is worth, better be safe than sorry, have Full Coverage!

I got a signature loan for 3 g's. So basically i own my bike out right. I got COMP coverage on my bike (theft, fire, crazy ass shit that includes everything that i dont personally do to the bike (ie crash/drop it)). The only way to get the insurance to be low is to pay high deductables, liability only, rider class, bike club membership. Those are the only ways to knock the price down a bit that i know of.
