What sounds reaallllly strange is I feel like someone on this forum had a really similar story to that. Anyone remember that white Phoenix cbr that got backed into by a guy in his truck?

A bit old though. 2006?

Only reason norfolk is so prevalent is because of the navy and massive amount of poor folk that don't mind sticking a screw driver into the ignition of someone's hard earned money.

I can agree with this. Most E1 through E3s are very stubborn, have a steady paycheck, are living on their own for the first time, and have very few financial responsibilities.

And there are thousands of them around here.
