No License Plates - unless they are personalized.
No Parked Car Spottings - if you see a car parked on the road, don't mention it.
No Neighborhood Spottings - if you see a car in a neighborhood, just let it be.

I just had to show up the red vw that plates says " etn rice" haha He thought he was going to pull away from the sleeper at the light but he found me all on his back bumper the whole time.

i saw a lumina broken down (flat tire) on commerce rd from 12:00 noon til about 4:00, from my vantage point i saw atleast 4 different people who were walking by go thru the contents of the vehicle. I lol'd
