1/8 Mile Track?

I was at work and some guys told me that theres a 1/8 Mile track that has been closed for about 20 years ... anyways some young guy just bought the land and plans on redoing the track and opening it back up ... its in Bowels Tavern ? B. something Tavern anyways ... over in Louisa County ...

Yea it's in/near Boswell's Tavern. I hadn't heard any mention of that news though.

I've heard of it. You can still see the track from what I understand. But it will take a lot of work to use it again.

Yeah some guys that live right around there said they talked to the guy ... said hes in his late 20's early 30's and that he has 2 Rails ... and just loaded .. but they did say the track was pretty rough and would take a pretty penny to get going ...

Be nice to have a track open up 15 min from home. Just hope it doesn't turn into a summerduck. :(
