I dont know if any of you guys know him, but jesus. That car is hideous, and I just recently saw him driving aroudn without his hood on. I mean seriously, what was he thinking. If it's one of your friends and he actually knows what he's doing then I'm sorry, but from the impression I get from seeing him around here I just wanna tell him how stupid he really looks driving around like that, specially with the fart tip sounding exhaust. I'm sure you 240 guys out there probably feel the same way, as I know whenever I see a really badly riced out eclipse it makes me wanna punch someone. Let me hear your input on this guy.

Yeah he decided to rev on me at a stoplight getting onto the 460 on ramp. Then i got the standard ricer fly by when i didnt want to race. Way to show me whats up. Weaksauce. All he needs to completely fuck up that car is a nice triple decker wing.

is this the one with "custom" vent on the hood and a "united mufflers" sticker on the door?

if it is, i saw him at an auto-x event one time. the color is.... hmmm not my taste.

hmm.... car w/o a hood on the road...... hmmm not my taste again.

maybe he had a good reason? maybe he was on his way to pick up his CF hood!

Haha, I think the fucking up of that car has already taken place dude, athough a nice triple decker couldnt hurt.

actually that "sans hood" idea is a good idea for me...NICE INTERCOOLER WIND.

j/k...never seen the car.

Actually you'd be more apt to have less air flow to your intercooler. Wine travels the path of least resistance, and without proper ducting virtually all of it will go right around your IC. You have to have some sort of duct work to actually MAKE the air travel into your IC. Just thought I'd say my part :).

Yeah...I've seen him, and when he drives by I'm like :wow: WTF is that guy thinking?

SeVenSix
02-02-2003, 03:01 PM
I've seen and met that guy. He is a fool. He spray-painted that car in a field, and he used a galvanized metal dryer vent for his hood. He will race anyone. He is the type of guy that you beat by 20 car lengths three times in a row and he still wants to race you thinking that he might still have a chance. I know from experience. Idiocy. He also told me that he was sponsored by united muffler, then later in the conversatoin he said that once he gets enough money he is going to get united muffler to re-do his exaust. Neat sponsorship.

I have seen that guy. I was going down I-81 south a little past the last Radford Exit (exit #105) and I saw his car at a house there on the right side a few time. I am guessing thats where he lives since his cars been there a few times when I have been by. Its hard to miss that ugly POS!!!

As if its not stock now? It has a damn fart tip muffler, and no hood :)

By the way Wagz, I'm sure if you see him you wont need to remember to play with him according to everyone I've talked to. Looks like he'll be the initiator :) Even your audi will destroy him like he was standing still.

i don't know dude.. no hood is weight savings, that makes him double fast.. the fart tip is at least 75hp to the wheels, and the paint color nobody has ever imagined using out of fear adds at lest 237.28 hp to the wheels. :dunno:

Nick

He spun a bearing, just got it back on the road this past monday.
the car was down for 3 weeks I think....hood was off when I put the new used engine back in for him.

I'm pretty sure that car will be parked for quite some time come his next court date.

in his defense (sorta) he was kinda duped into that color by a friend (SevenSix, remember Darrell? lol).

We did a few mods on the car a few months ago with him buying the parts include short intake (which rendered his hood scoop totally useless, it blows on the battery now, instead of the cone filter) and E-fan mod.

I'd really like to see his car if he has one of those too...and then give him a $5 bill and take his title. Next step: take out all of the shit he's done and get the thing painted a decent color!

I think we are also laughing at the fact that he runs around constantly with no hood and revs on anything with wheels.

(I started this because of how absolutely stupid that car is. Complete back yard obviously amateur paint job in the most hideous color ever. NO HOOD, not to mention its the stock motor not a Sr20. The engine bay wasnt even clean either, it was dirty as hell looking, so there wasnt even the "bling" factor to it. Sounds like absolute ass. And he revs on people.) <---That is the reason I started this thread.

Yea I had a 1995 GS eclipse with an Erebuni wing and indiglo gauges (although I did actually paint my car, and back when I got my wing it was BY far something unusual that quite literally only 1 person in my entire county had, it wasnt the new age body kit spoiler phase (not saying its justified, but I was saying it was something more than just following the TF&F crowd). We all have our past...

Your car is absolutely stupid. Complete back yard obviously with an ugly paint color. And you still have the stock motor, not a 6g72. Not only looks like ass, but sounds like ass too. :barf:
You know ... just my opinion.

The first erubuni kit in fairfax county (the most populated county in VA) - damn, you are a pioneer ... or a liar. Good thing you weren't just following the F&TF crowd.

Hahaha, so now I finally realize why you suddenly came on here acting like a little kid bitching. You are the one who owns the 240. Why didnt you just say so, instead of beating around the bush.

And marshall, about the comment about him having a dirty engine bay, the comment wasnt made because his engine bay was dirty. Alot of people have dirty engine bays. The comment was made because for someone to take the hood off of a car, that has a stock engine, and very few performance upgrades, the only other reason I could see it being taken off was for "bling", and to show off the engine bay which might have colorful hoses or some shit, both of which he didnt seem to have.

Personally I didnt mind your car too much with the paint job, and the muffler, as I see plenty of cars like that everyday, and I dont feel the need to post about them. But you rev up on people with hardly any mods, and you took off yoru hood as well. After seeing and hearing about you from multiple people I figured I'd go ahead and make the post since every seemed to have the same comments as me, making me curious who you were.

Knight Rider all the way. The little red "ebrake" handle was the best for drifting. I wore the front wheel off that thing (doing burnouts of course).

The honda 50 didnt come till later in life, then I got a honda spree (for free) and rode that thing to Jr High and the first few years of Highschool. Life was good.
