dont feel like going into detail, but needless to say i have some urethane headed my way from wingwest and wont have to replace any thing at my cost again!
Feels kinda good!

also going to take my current fiberglass WW facia and do some work on it to make it look slightly different so i can have it as a back up!

currently in process basically.
They took 8 wks longer to arrive than i was quoted - so during that time i took the z to my mechanics to have a few simple things done - then it turned into this:

replace nismo555's w/ border 850 inj/rails
redue n2o lines to be custom cut w/ chrome an fittings
new SX fuel filter & SX FPR
Stainless steel fuel lines and all done w/ new AN fittings
Stoptech big brake kit
new downpipes
new front mount intercooler
swapped JWT dual intakes w/ Apexi filters
Relocation of stillen oil cooler
swap JWT 555/dual pop ECU for JWT 850/dualpop/7800 rpm ECU
and sent some more things out to get chromed & the FMIC is getting polished right now.

This should all be finished within the next 2 weeks and then she goes to the bodyshop for widebody and new paint!

she'll be done in about 2 months!

Sad part is you're like the only one of us who really doesn't have to worry about cost! Congrats tho. I considered trying to get fx designs to sponsor me (have their kit) but I don't wanna have to have stickers with their name all over my car.

lol-dont fool urself in2 thinking i havent bought 100% of everythign thats currently on my car - spend 50k and then see if u can get a few free parts here and there lol.

its like a catch22 all the big names company want to see that u've either got a big award winner or you have some magazine coverage b4 they'll sponsor you - course to win awards and get mag coverage you need a pretty kick ass car already.
its kinda funny - i figure if i can get some cheaper or even free parts now that would be nice lol

Sounds cool.

Are they sending you custom pieces? I don't really care for the WW kit on the Z. At least it's urethane, fiberglass sux! You don't have to put stickers on your car, do you? That would be a shame.

How come you needed the bigger injectors?

Glad to see it, I did notice at the meet your front end looked a little eaten away. Nothing major, but since you do put so much into the car I didnt like to see a bunch of rock chips on an otherwise perfect looking exterior.

lol the funny thing is that the front end when you saw it had just been painted about 3 months prior to that - but i drove out to TX and back for the big annual Z convention - so that tripi killed my front end - urethane will help - but bottom line is that you cant do much w/ rock chips on a black car :(

Trust me I hear that, my old eclipse was black, not only a pain in the ass to keep clean, but the slightest blemish will show up greatly. Are you going to keep the same paint job with the metallic type flakes or go with something different?

right now the plan is to stay black (maybe a deeper black though) w/ some flake in it (not too much though).
