All I have to say on this subject is that there is no need for these undercover's in YC. There is hardly any crime here worth puting our tax money into buying unmarked cop cars for these fucking cops. excuse my language

word. in newport news and prolly other places the cops are cruisen around in damn bmw cycles. they also just got new impalas....and now their gettin the stratus xt or whatever its called.

fyi, i'm not sure about other cities, but all chesapeake deputies can have strobe lights on one of their personal cars. and, deputies have jurisdiction in all of va, not just the city they work for, and can pull you over for anything a standard police officer can. they just don't b/c that's not there job. if a dep sees you go past him at 120, then he might do something about it. i got pulled by a 90something buick, a norfolk detective after i passed him doing 95. well, didn't really get pulled, was at a stop light, and he came up to the window and told me he'd been chasing me for 8 miles. but anyways, the next point being, there are all sorts of undercover cars, mainly used for carrying police officers/detectives/homicide whatever to places, not for traffic duty.

of course, they may be smarting up too. i've heard from a REALLY! reliable sourse about a Z28 camaro the state police have now. i even know stats about the CPU in it, hehe. ricky and scott will probably be able to keep away from it and anyone runnin' w/ them, but not many others

the state police camaro is around.
I have seen it on 64 a few times in the past month.
One board member has talked to the officer that drives it and it is stock performance wise.

I had my girls' teg. out last sat. morning heading to P-town. Every time I looked over my shoulder there was a "marked" piggy getting on the interstate and coming up on my bumper fast. I had this happen twice on the peninsula and once on 164 in P'town!! I was pissed and happy at the same time. Well im not mentioning any cities or countys ... but I have PERSONALLY seen a cool ass cop in my life ... actually saw him line his cruiser up on the street with Mustang ... He popped the hood and everything ... he pullin up peoples records if you wanted to ... I guess the point of sayin all this is just to say ... that a cop would tell someone what all is done to a car ... and give out all the "secrets"

yeah. theres a black integra gs-r with cut front springs, and a ww style spoiler bouncin around, and a white clipse gst (newer with the st louis arch) with some 18" chromies, front mount, and exhaust....slick, but kinda obvious when you haul by 5 times infront of two police cars, pulls in the lot and ask if anyone wants to run for a few "bills", then goes and talks to the two police cars sitting in the other lot.

LOL...well, you can't do anything on 17 anymore...I know at 3 am I was coming home from PTown and there were three state troopers in the car wash parking lot, I got in a fight with my brother and left, went there and washed and cleaned out my pos, and one asked me what I was doing up, I told him it was none of his damned buisness, I was 19, not 15, and he asked me about my engine and stuff, i suppose he saw my decals. He was driving a crown victoria, like most of them do, from what I heard those things HAUL, anyone else heard that too? I know the one that pulled me and my brother on 17 the other night had a V8.

I am the cop that Montman was talking about. And yes, I did talk to the trooper that is driving the Camaro for this division. It is just a stock z28 but has all the same things a regular police car has in it, as far as radio, computer, and radar are concerned. As for mods........when I talked to him there were no plans on putting any mods on the vehicles. But, plans do change.
