getting out of a ticket

has anyone succesfully fought a defective exhaust, unapproved equipment or simply a load exhaust ticket in the beach chesapeake or norfolk? if you have, plaese post how. thanks
i got one of each of these, and i'm tired of getting pulled over for bullshit!!:mad:

i just got out of a couple tickets.......what i did was plead guilty to all of them, and then mention the phrase "financial situation" ALOT. it worked. also say that (for defectice exhaust) that due to your financial situation, the problem at hand could not be resolved. also, if you do have any extra money, you can purchase a stock exhaust, or have someone do it for you, and then return it, but keep the original reciept and show it to the judge, claiming you have resolved the issue. done that before too. if its anything for speeding, say your vehicle speed sensor was non functional, and have a receipt saying the purchase of another....hee hee, i've been through alot of tickets and gotten out of almost all of them. good luck amigo.

hahaha i get pulled over all the time...and i never get a ticket...but i guess that some of the advantages of being a female

sorry to say, but the only way to get out of those kind of tickets is to one: be a female and not get them in the first place!! ;) or two: correct the problem by taking off or fixing the things you got ticketed for and tell the judge, and then you'll probably have them dismissed! but whatever you do, DO NOT tell the judge you've fixed the problem if you havent....right matt??? LOL ;) :)

DEFINITLY DO NOT TELL THEM U FIXED IT IF U DIDNT!! lets just say that i went from the court room straight to a holding cell for an exhaust ticket for doing that! NOT COOL AT ALL! talk about the worst day of my life. HAHA, now i feel like a dork for letting everyone know about this.

i get so tired of getting pulled. it's never for anything but my muffler, no speeding, nothing else illegal. i alway get pulled when i'm doing like 25mph.
i've had it on for four years. recently, i found that i do have an ehaust leak. so that does make tha car louder. i really don't have the bucks to pay for the ticket or get the exhast leak fixed right now.

yeah if you fix your shituff before you appear in court..the judge will more than likely dismiss the case...but you saying that you are one broke a$$ mofo makes it look pitiful so the judge might dismiss the tickets on that account...

exhaust leaks suck i had one for like over 6 months

i had to downshift to get on interstate (after i had my exhaust on) because some asshole wouldnt let me on after i got on i was doing about 65-70 and as soon as i looked over a state trooper passed me and didnt even look at me...i was like holy shit that wouldve sucked

Anyone got any suggestion on how the judge can reduce my reckless to speeding? really my speedometer don't work after 10 min. of driving in this cold weather ( indiglo guage bulged).

tell the judge about how it dus and have a shop right you a work order saying that was broken and have it fixed ... about the exaust leak dont you know some one who can weld .... i do a little welding my selfe have some one who dus some welding close the hole up ... then go look up the laws on how loude your exaust can actuily be acording to what i have read unless there are people complaining all the time or he actuily checks it with a des meater and it over the limet i dont think he can write you a ticket for being to loude and i was talking to a cop a few days ago and he was like last time i checked all of portsmouth dident have one that actuily worked ... im guessing its the same every where else dude look up the laws on that as fare as the defective exaust i cant help you cus acording to the law your not aloude to alter the motor trany or suspintion or any thing that has to do with the way the cars sound or drive .... good luck geting around that where lucky they dont inforce that law very well
