It took a little longer than expected to get her mostly finished. I'm still waiting on a few parts.
Chrome R1 heelguards
Carbon fiber mirrors
Left inner carbon fiber piece
Polishing the subframe

I've seen your posts. I am in love with the Z's. I had a 90 n/a 2 seater custom painted that blue im painting the r1, 17 inch chrome wheels, ww front bumper, erebuni sides and rear, stillen ducted nose panel, stillen type 3 rear wing, j-spec tails, clear corners, exhaust, intake, underbody lights, full jl audio system, indiglo gauges. anyhow. it had 140k on it when i sold it with a bad lifter. i needed to replace the cams and lifters and at the time i didnt want to put more money into it. i sold the car for 5100 dollars to a guy that fixed it and turned around and sold it for $13,500. probably the stupidest i ever did but at least i have had some phat bikes and now a new project to work on. ill see if i can't post some pics of the Z sometime.

lookin good... but personally i'd keep the mirrors, they look sweet with them off... but i acredit my first accident partially to not being able to see the guy wheelieing up to my ass, and just yesterday i had to stop very suddently for a yellow light, guy behind me lost it and his bike came sliding at me so i had to drop down a gear and haul ass into the intersection and barely avoided the bike, if i didn't have mirrors i wouldn't have known until a 800lbs gsxr 1100 was up my ass
