Yup, it's off Rte. 1 in Dumfries (Prince William County, Va). It's a nice two lane straightaway with a cul de sac at one end. I don't know if anyone still uses it for racing or not but I don't remember seeing cops there much when I was in HS. Only thing I don't like is that it's only one lane each direction so if you're racing there's the possiblity of meeting an oncoming car head on. (It's a really straight road though so you'd see them coming)
