Spinning Rims?

Just wondering if you guys have any info on warehouses that specialize in these, or any shops selling them-locally or via mailorder. I have a friend here in my Unit that is looking to purchase some.

just search the net for motorcycle spinners... they are out there, but purely for show, i hear because of the gyroscopic forces you can't go over like 70 or else the wheels spinning make everything go outta control
