i'm itching to go drag race soon. i know that piedmont in NC races if it is 40 degrees or warmer. does anyone know when natral bridge, elk creek, or any other track starts?
if its warm enough this weekend, does anyone want to go to NC to race?

Natural Bridge opens around the end of March. I'd love to go, but most of us Tech folk have to get our stuff straight from coming back on break, if you went home like I did to work. :P

I hope to be going to natural bridge soon, probley not to race for awhile. I want to get my CA in, which if I do everything right, I should be able to order it very very soon(so happy :)). I want to go to NB and see your 240 run 20Psi. Hopefully in july, I will be ready to race.

You're kind of annoying and overly cocky...can you just chill and not be so anxious to race anything that moves? I'm sure you're car is fast, but doesn't mean you don't require a personality.

I'm in no way offended, but it was getting a bit overdone in the other thread challenging Wagz and saying you're the fastest import in town, when you don't that for sure. I'm not saying you aren't, because I haven't seen your car, but I think you have some good competition in the area, and maybe all of us can make it to Nat. Bridge or somewhere this spring and find out the safe and accurate way.
Unfortunately you probably won't get to race Wagz because I don't see his car being on the road anymore, kind of a trailer queen now.

1.7's still aren't as fast as 1.5's...
Think twice about having the fastest car in the area.
There's a 6ft trophy in our living room to prove it.

hmm...sounds like a you may be thinking your car is faster than mine. Like i siad before I WILL RACE ANYONE that wants to race. Just bring the money and we will race. I dont think you could even run the amount of boost you would need to beat me on pump gas so you may need to pick up some c16. But Im not gonna talk crap online about it, If you wanna run me let me know. And BTW I never posted any of my timeslips...so dont assume my 60foot.

yeah but we all know about your 11.2 with slicks at MIR.
jeff isn't talking about his car, he's talking about The Marshal's...
btw, ihave a frined making more then your 320hp at 9psi on a sr20det. he put down 367 at 9psi with a sr20det. boost isn't what makes the power. its tuning.
and i still say i'll have a faster mph in the 1/8th then you. i'll put up my $5! hehehehe.
for real mike, we need to meet you. jeff is cool dude and i'm not too bad either when i'm not drinking....fast is fast.

Yep...Right now its a t3/04e 60-1 .63a/r. Pondering going a bit bigger when my next project is finished. I like this turbo though pretty fast spool to 15lbs and the transition is nice.

Marshall have you done more to your car since last year...hope so if you plan to take that 6 footer home again. 7.80s arent gonna be enough this year. So when do you think these events will take place? Where is proline performance?

turbo hatchy, what did you run in the 1/8th? just curious.

btw, i probably won't run anybetter then 7.8 this year. not enough power for a 2800lbs car. unless i finish my other car and find a turbo for it. but i don't htink i'll have the money to buy the turbo i want unless i do like 3 or 4 engine swaps for some money!

yeah, a few new things - p/p'd head, 3 angle, metal h/g, arp studs, sheet metal intake manifold, T3/T04E (57 trim, .63/Stage3), Tial 35mm...i think that's it...
it'll probably just be one import/4cyl event this year, possibly two. the first will be early june.
pro-line is just off williamson road in roanoke.
