good location for a car meet?

Im trying to find a decent location for a dc metro gathering for some local car nuts and cant think of anywhere besides the worldgate parking garage/tgi fridays. Since its cold, being out of the wind is good, and the option to go chill inside somewhere is a must.

anyone have some ideas?

We need to start our own car meet. I hate going to meets where everybody just stands around with the people they came with. Both meets that I hosted, I went up to each and every person as they arrived to introduce myself and try to make em feel welcome. This shit should be fun, but people act too damn sheltered at most meets I've been to.
