This is just a warning for any of you thinking about buying from www.DCtuner.com or has in the past.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.....
heres what they did to me.
I ordered a JDM integra type R VIS carbon fiber hood from them December 05th. As i waited and waited for the hood,i e-mailed them countless times to try to see where my hood was. Then in January,they finally e-mailed me back saying they just called VIS,that VIS has sent the hood,and they are waiting for it to ship to me. i was ok with this. Then weeks and weeks past by,followed by more and more un-replied e-mails. Finally,today,feb. 2nd,3 months after i ordered the hood,they e-mail me and say "sorry,we have to give you a refund becasue of some "out of the ass" made up reason." So now after 3 months of waiting and waiting,i get no hood,and have to wait ANOTHER 4 weeks to get my money back. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! You might as well pull down your pants,walk up to their warehouse,and ask them to f**k you in the ass.

how did they fuck you? They are refunding the money are they not? Yes, it probably should not have taken that long to respond, but I bet it was because VIS did not respond to them. I have to deal with that shit on daily, people call me to find out on status of their jewelery piece, i tell them I will contact the designer, then I do, and sometimes do not get responses till 3-4 weeks later.

Its still not hard for them as a company to respond to a customers e-mails and explain their situation when being messaged countless times.
Yes, I do understand dealing with parts does take time as I have had to deal with this in the past(as customer and a distributor myself), but keeping in contact is key to keeping a customer happy or not making them feel as they are being given the runaround.
It's unfortunate they took so long to finally give you the response they did but ive known lots of people who just plain out didnt get shit back. Live and learn man.

Yes, the customer support is shitty. I call customers on the daily to update with any type of news. But they definately did not fuck him.

Dude, seriously. VIS sucks. It took about 8 months to get my hood. I ordered it on a group buy here on drag from Next Level Performance or Racing whatever the case may be. Like 5 hoods came in cracked. The only time Next Level fucked up was when they called me the first time and told me the hood was there, and I drove all the way to VB to only find out it was for a civic. But this is a perfect example of the consignee not being at fault, yet its all fucked up due to the shipper.

Last I heard carbon fiber was in very short supply. This may have had something to do with the delay.
