Nothing but great things to say about Brian and Ray from MA-MOTORSPORTS (http://www.ma-motorsports.com) in Baltimore. They took the time to answer my questions, via telephone, well after business hours. And being broken down the next day, Ray took the time to actually hand-deliver a $35 part to me, since I was unable to come get it. Take into account that I was in Chantilly, VA, and he was at the shop in Baltimore.
I'm not saying that this is common practice, by any means, but for a company to do that for me in a time of need, they have a customer for life, right here!
