i just wanted to start this thread to say that the service department at checkered flag honda is great!!!! i had a leaking rear tranny seal on my 06 s2k. they got me an 07 corolla as a loaner. this cost absolutely nothing for me, and it was all very smooth!!! great people and great service. and to the tech woody, thanks!!!! i highly recomend them:thup:

I had the worst experience there. Couples years ago I drop off my car to get oil change and later that day I received a phone call from the service rep. telling me I need to have my bunch work done. The service rep. quoted me prices on different stuff I needed and then I ask her what the total would be for all the work. The rep. quoted me $500 and when I show up the pay for the service it came up close to $800. Later I ask the rep. why the price differences she told me that $500 quote was only for part of the work. I ask if I could speak with the service manager, he was no help. I then ask for the store manager he refuse to help me. I had to file for a small claim against them to get the price difference. It turn out they didn't even fix my problem.

Their parts department can kiss my ass. I called for some Hondabond and was told that they had several tubes in stock, he was looking at them. So I told him I was on my way. When I got there 30 min. later, the parts guy told me that they he sold his last two tubes yesterday (:rolleyes:). I told him I just spoke with him on the phone and he replied with the classic *shrugs shoulders* and "Yeah I remember talking to you. We must be out, sorry" Found some at Priority Acura.
