First off let me state that they bent over backwards to get me straight again. No pun intended :D.
I made an appointment monday for Wednesday at 3pm, they close at 5pm. I needed camber bolts installed and a alignment. I was quoted a excelent price. After I dropped the truck off they called me and I was told I needed one upper control arm. I got BOTH arms to them, within a few minutes thanks to a parts store being right down the street, and told Sally that if they could not get to both today, not to worry about it, and Ill make a later appointment for another day to have the other installed. She said she would see what they could do.
Now were are close to 4pm when the first side is coming apart. I stopped back in to pay the bill before I picked my truck up. Expecting my bill to almost tripple because of the extra labor. I was given a price that blew me away,:worship: in a good way. It was only a few more dollars from the original quote. I was also told that my truck would be ready that day and that both sides will be complete and aligned. Sally the service writer and Tim the mechanic, both get 2:thup: :thup:s up from me.
Excelent shop to do business with.

And just so you guys know his truck has 9" of lift and 37's.
I'm glad you made this thread Jason. I've heard a lot of positive feedback about them some of which from my dad, but no one else has ever gone there off here. I knew they did good work.

Just picked her up and no lie, she rides 100% better. The owner even let me borrow one of his presonal tools, for a week, so I can adjust the torsion bars. I cant say good enough about them.

I'm going there tomorrow for a "touch-up" alignment. They are the only place in Hampton Roads that didn't try and jerk me around, AND the aligned my car better than satan!
Big thumbs up in my book!!!

We ( classics) have been dealing with Mizzell's for years. A very respected shop. I would never hesitate to send anyone. It's hard to find an honest shop. ^5 from the car club council of hampton roads. Dee

THEY WERE GREAT!!! REALLY FREINDLY. I had an app. at 4 i arrived at 3:22 and they took the car Right away and had the car back to me in 20 Min. I was out of there at 4:00. The Price was the same and did not change. The only bad thing is that the car still pulls but its not their fault i think it might be the tires. i might have some bad tires on there. and they are pulling.

I just got a letter from the shop thanking me for the business. That is the best that you can get!!! You must take your car there. They are by far the best customer service that i have got in the HR area!!!

you think theyd charge out the ass for installation of camber kits/alignment?
_____

Depends on what kind of kit you have but usually the adjustable ball joint is about $120-150 for the front that does include the alignment. You supplying the parts. Keep in mind I dont work there though Leigh. Thats just what most of the quotes my customers have gotten from Sally.

I just paid a little over 200 for alignment, camber bolts and shifting the rear end. Guess I can't complain, the truck feels like a new truck!
