Logging out....

The only name I sign on from home is mine.... If i'm at a friends house that posts on here and I try to log them out to log in... I

1: Click log out.
2: Click "ok" to log out when prompted
3: It says "All cookies cleared!" but still shows them logged in. Even after being refreshed

Nothing short of deleting all cookies will log them out.
