The "one sig per page per user" thing was actually a mod we did to the forum not part of the "standard" forum software (a "hack", if you will).
Meaning that's something we'll have to put back ourselves, once we sort out the larger problems :)

For those of you who may wonder why we even bothered going "live" with the board immediately after the upgrade, it's as simple as this:
If we keep the board closed while we work through the bugs, it would take forever to find the problems because there would only be 4 guys bouncing around trying to force errors and replicate problems. With the board open, there are literally hundreds of people now hamfisting their way around the forum finding problems that we alone wouldn't have found.
You guys are basically our beta testers :)
Also, because we're admins, we see the board with different options than you guys, so we can't tell if a problem is global, or admin-specific (which garner a lower priority status so as long as nothing is comprimised).

When I try to post using the quick reply box, it says: Invalid Thread specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator.

That's related to the problem posted above... right now it appears that the quick reply box is nested inside another quick reply box.
It's like this:
Post (level 1)

Quick Reply (level 2)
|

Quick Reply (level 3)
Normally, when you quick reply to a post, the quick reply box sits on level two, and is referencing level 1 (i.e. you're replying to the original post).
For some reason, there is an extra quick reply box (i.e. level 3), so when you hit the quick reply button, it's trying to reply to the level above it (that being level 2, or the "normal" quick reply). And since there isn't anything there (as it's not a real post, but the software can't differentiate), you're essentially trying to reply to no post at all, which is where you get the error.
A normal quick reply would be like Jessica Alba saying "who thinks I should take off my top?", and you saying "sweet jesus, me!".
What's going on now would be like Jessica Alba saying "who thinks I should take off my top?", and you saying "sweet jesus, me!" to a brick wall that's 100 feet high, 12 feet thick, and 2 miles wide that happens to be between the two of you: she ain't hearin' it.

It took me several trys to post a pic, button wouldn't work. I logged off and on twice and it worked.

Also I've noticed some peoples Avaters are showing :redx: Not much I can do about that.
If you notice your avatar isn't displaying correctly just upload it again.

im pretty sure this isnt because of the update, but the firefox logo never shows up for me anywhere on the site. it doesnt affect me at all, just thought id share.

i have had issues lately with the default skin, it wont change from Vb2. i select 3 and 3 dark, but it wont go to it that way, i gotta use the pulldown shit at the bottom of the screen.

Sounds like a browser problem, but I've used several different browser and have been unable to duplicate the problem. What about if you choose a different style via User CP?
You can always go to the different styles manually.

I guess it's the new software, but before I could copy and paste a link to an image then hit the icon to put the tags around it. Now if I do that I have to copy and past the image in a box that pops up.

I like this layout. POTN has been using this for sometime now I believe. Atleast it looks like the same features (like when you edit, etc, a post)

I hate POTN when it comes to posting because you can't copy and paste anything.
And yeah Brian I usually type them in manually when I don't have to do alot, but when I post quite a few pics I like clicking the button. :)

I am able to send PM's now, but I am not getting any confimation cues... also nothing is showing up in my Sent folder... not a big issue, but thought you might want to know:D

Oh no. I was having problems before, but only on this computer, so I cleared my cache and have no problems now. I used to have to log in EVERYTIME I came to the site, but now it's fixed. :)

Ok I guess I spoke too soon. I'm getting logged out out of no where. I exited from the site twice in the last hour and had to log back in both times then I was just logged in and went to refresh a page in Off-topic and I had to log in.
