Hey everyone Just to keep everyone safe from this scam artist " Jose L Gutierrez " Sold me a base model k20 saying its a type R. He told me specifically that it was a type r motor and thats what i thought i was buying. Found out that it was not, it was a jdm base model motor. Now hes blocked me of fb and on my mobile . So im sure someone on here knows him and will pass this along . I have everything i need to take him to court and get ALL my money back, plus some. Thanks and have a good day scammer!

Oh shit, I'd be heated. Post all his info. Make him famous. But like its been stated before, why would you not check the number on the block? I mean, yes it sucks, but it happened. You can take him to court and see where that gets you. Hopefully some restitution.
