My wife and I went Friday evening. The food was pretty good, far better than I had imagined. I recommend the cream spinach! The price is a little pricey, but nothing but the quality makes up for the price.

They were previously located at 745 Independence, though moved to a larger (surprisingly as I was unsure they would have as much room while they were moving) place at the Food Lion shopping center/strip.
Their food is FRESH and their service is fast/friendly. Oddly, their prices are very reasonable. I say oddly because fresh/good food, fast/friendly service and reasonable prices typically do not belong in the same sentence it would seem. Most of their employees speak English, but the accent is strong within them - though it's never bad enough to pose a problem imo.
Give them a try. I've had El Grand Rodeo and while it's good, the freshness of El Parian simply cannot be beat (my opinion).
Also, see how I added "Food Type" ? This would be a GREAT addition, as some of the restaurant names and write up's make it obvious. Too it would be nice if posts with just comments/discussions weren't in here. Just saying.

Bellisimo's (italian place)
Located in Williamsburg near sentera and the home depot, its in the same strip as tropical smoothie/quizno's i believe.
It is like a sit down pizzeria with authentic italian food, place is friggin AWESOME, their bronx bomber is probably the best pizza ive ever tasted
