Damn, I was really hoping that the "sting operation" would happen. Good luck. even if she does get convicted on whatever charges arent you still out $200. Wouldnt you have to file a civil suit?

I will if deemed necessary, I.E. I dont want to lose any more money. So far shes up against the courts and will be charged as said.

Doing her a break would be doing her a disservice. She needs to learn now that this kind of stuff can mess up a person's life, before she does worse things.

So she goes to NSU right? Make a bunch of flyers with her name/picture and then plaster it all around NSU with the headline "PHONE STOLEN WHILE AT NSU?". At the bottom of the flyer, give the number to whoever is working on the case.

It wouldn't happen to be an iPhone 3G with the serial number 81923WM9Y7H would it? Some @#$%ing C**t stole my phone from my @#$%ing driveway on Sunday afternoon. Long story.... That looks like her. I filed a police report with VA Beach police too. If it is the phone, I traced it to her @#$%ing house. Thank you Mobile me.
